WATER BASE/DISCHARGE INKS: IS ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT INKS TO COLOR MATCH. STANDARD COLORS FOR THESE TYPES OF INKS ARE, WHITE, BLACK, RED, ROYAL, GREEN, YELLOW, PURPLE, BROWN. WE DO NOT KEEP CUSTOM COLORS IN HOUSE. THEY ARE MIXED PER JOB. DISCHARGE INKS ARE DISCARDED AFTER USE DUE TO THE PROCESS.
CMYK PRINTING
4-5COLOR PROCESS OR CMYK PRINTING: THIS IS PROBABLY THE MOST COMPLEX OF THE PRINTING PROCESSES. INDEED, THIS TYPICALLY WORKS GREAT ON PAPER AND ON-SCREEN, BUT GETTNG THE IMAGE ONTO FABRIC CAN BE ENTIRELY DIFFERENT BEAST. OUR LIMITATIONS WIH THIS PROCESS ARE MOSTLY DUE TO SUBSTRATE THICKNESS, FLEXIBILITY AND COLOR. WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR OUTCOM EOF POOR IMPRINTS. EDUCATE YOUR CUSTOMER AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE AWARE OF THE PROCESS. WE HAVE CURRENTLY SWITCHED OVER DOING CMYK IN WATER BASE INKS. WE FOUND THAT THE COLOR ACCURACY IS A LOT BETTER THAN TRADITIONAL PLASTISOL INKS. WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND A PRE PRODUCTION PROOF IF TIME PERMITS. (SEE COST ON PREPRODUCTION SAMPLE ON 1ST AGE)
GARMENT TYPES
SPECIALTY GARMENTS: I.E. POLYESTER, NYLON, LYCRA, MESH, REVERSIBLE JERSEYS , LUGGAGE OR PRODUCTS COATED WITH SPECIAL PROOFING FOR WEATHER. WARNING- POLYESTER FABRICS MAY SUFFER FROM DYE MIGRATION. THIS AFFECTS BOTH INK AND VINYL IMPRINTS. IN SOME CASES THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DYE MIGRATION. SPECIAL POLY INKS ARE USED WHENEVER POSSIBLE, BUT COLOR SELECTION IS LIMITED.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: DUE TO DELAYS OR IMPAIRED PRODUCTION BECAUSE OF IMPROPER PACKING OR QUALITY OF GOODS FURNISHED BY BUYER SHALL BE CHARGED TO BUYER AT PREVAILING SHOP RATES. ANY GOODS SUPPLIED BY BUYER ARE AT HIS RISK BASED ON DIFFERENCES IN WASH FASTNESS AND ABSORPTION QUALITIES OF FIBERS. ANY GARMENTS SUPPLIED BY BUYER SHALL BE IMPRINTED AT BUYER’S RISK.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT ALL GARMENTS HAVE A SURFACE TEXTURE AND SIZE SUITABLE FOR SCREEN PRINTING. SEND YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENTS AT YOUR OWN RISK! STAGE 3 PRINTING WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MISPRINTS ON CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENTS. STAGE 3 PRINTING WILL REPLACE ANY MISPRINTED GARMENTS THAT WE DECIDE ARE TRULY “MISPRINTED” THAT WERE FIRST PURCHASED AS BLANKS THROUGH STAGE 3 PRINTING. REPLACEMENT SHIRTS WILL NOT EXACT, AND ONLY CLOSE TO STYLE FROM ONE OF OUR VENDOR STOCK ITEMS.
PRINTING TOLERANCE: 1/2 INCH MOVEMENT TOLERANCE IS ACCEPTABLE IN ANY DIRECTION PER IMPRINT FOR SCREEN PRINTING. 1/4INCH FOR EMBROIDERY.
GARMENTS AND MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
OVERRUNS AND UNDER-RUNS:
SCREEN PRINTING IS AN ART FORM, AND WE DO OUR VERY BEST TO DELIVER, AT MINIMUM, THE ORDERED QUANTITY FOR EACH AND EVERY SIZE ON YOUR ORDER. HOWEVER, PRINTING MISTAKES HAPPEN, SCREENS CAN BREAKDOWN DURING PRODUCTION OR SHIRTS MAY ARRIVE WITH STAINS OR HOLES FROM THE MANUFACTURER. FOR THAT REASON, WE HAVE AN UNDER/OVER RUN ALLOWANCE. THIS IS SIMPLY AN ACCEPTABLE MARGIN OF ERROR. UNDER-RUNS ARE NOT TO EXCEED THE INDUSTRY STANDARD OF 2%. ALL ORDERS WITHIN THE UNDER/OVER RUN ALLOWANCE OF THE ORDERED QUANTITY WILL BE CONSIDERED ACCEPTABLE FOR DELIVERY. FOR THIS REASON, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU ORDER EXTRA GARMENTS FOR EACH SIZE.
STAGE 3 PRINTING WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROFIT LOSS ON UNDER RUNS. IF REQUESTED, IN THE EVENT OF AN UNDER RUN GREATER THAN OUR UNDER/OVER RUN ALLOWANCE, WE WILL REPRINT THE REMAINING QUANTITY OR AN APPROPRIATE CREDIT WILL BE MADE FOR THE UNDER AMOUNT.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENTS: GOODS ON WHICH PRINTING IS TO BE DONE AND FURNISHED BY BUYER SHALL BE PROPERLY PREPARED, (FREE FROM PLASTIC PACKAGING, DIRT OR TORN FABRIC) AND OF PROPER QUALITY FOR PRINTING REQUIREMENTS.
MANUFACTURE DEFECTS:
STAGE 3 PRINTING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MANUFACTURER DEFECTS SUCH AS GARMENT COLOR INCONSISTENCIES, MISLABELED SIZES, BAD STITCHING, OR OTHER GARMENT DEFECTS. WE DO OUR BEST TO TRY TO INSPECT THE GARMENTS AS THEY ARE PRINTED, BUT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE EACH GARMENT. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ORDERING 5% EXTRA OF EACH SIZE TO AVOID THE POSSIBILITY OF MANUFACTURER DEFECTS CAUSING ISSUES WITH YOUR NEEDED QUANTITIES.
IF WE RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE AND MUST RETURN IT, MERCHANDISE CLAIMED OR NOT CLAIMED WITHIN 30 DAYS WILL BE DONATED TO LOCAL CHARITIES.

2. WAIT FOR ALL PIECES TO COME IN AND RUN COMPLETE FOR THE ORIGINAL PRICING ON YOUR PURCHASE ORDER.
MISPRINTS OR MISTAKES
WE GO TO GREAT LENGTHS TO TRY TO ENSURE THAT EVERY ORDER THAT LEAVES OUR FACILITY IS CORRECT. ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS ARE VALUED CUSTOMERS, REGARDLESS OF SIZE, AND WE WANT YOU ALL TO KNOW THAT. ANY ORDER PRINTED DIFFERENTLY THAN THE MOCK-UP APPROVED WILL BE GRANTED A REPRINT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DATE OF DELIVERY.
